Tsavani finds a clearing with a boarded up cabin to investigate. She checks all around and even tries to open the lock on the door to no result. She does, however, see footprints leading to the well, and during her investigation, finds 1 gold.

Though calling out heeds no answer, I have a feeling the well is going to be the place to search next. Dropping a stone in, there is no sound of water below.
