So, having found the children, it was time to get them up out of the well. I was on pins and needles for this because Tsavani only has 2 health left, and looking at the outcome of the rolls, there was a potential of death for her here if I failed to roll well. She has no strength or athlete bonuses - again, strange for a monk - so all we had to go on were my base rolls.

Thankfully, I came away with a 14 and a 16 - well over what was needed to get both children out of the well, as well as Tsavani, without taking any damage.

Big time whew!
