I decided to skip hiring followers at this time. 

While the thief's skills are interesting, I don't like the idea of losing virtue due to pickpocket. I've worked hard to get Tsavani's virtue up to where it is now, so that's a pass. The warrior is nice, but Tsavani already has both of these bonuses. It would be nice to have extra bonuses in those areas, but I feel like the gold could be better spent on a different follower that would better play to her weaknesses on down the line.
