I was confused if I was able to do all of these things or only choose one. I decided to just choose one because the text seems to indicate that you help "once more" and that it takes all day to complete the task you choose. 

Tsavani helped to rebuild the homes of those in the town - I chose this because it's the only option that she had any bonuses for. She did successfully work all the day and helped to restore homes and hope to the people. She was awarded 2 Meal Rations - which is good because she only had one.
