It seems as if Tsavani has no choice but to travel through the length of the worm... as unpleasant as that sounds. And boy is it - everywhere she looks there's barbs, poison, digestive fluids... all sorts of nastiness. I was very very lucky in my rolls today and there was almost always a bonus due to Tsavani's Danger Sense skill, so she was able to get through the worm without damage and discovering a gold necklace (worth 20 gold).
