Last time I did a job board, I only picked one job not knowing if I could do more than one. This still doesn't say to pick JUST one, so I chose to do two. 

The first job tested that new-found CON I added to Tsavani's stats, so I went with it. She did a good job, but still lost a point of health due to toxic gasses in the mine (no matter how well you did, that happened). 

I then selected the Negotiator quest - while she doesn't have bonuses for Charisma or Persuasive, she did get a bonus for being of higher virtue. Still, she wasn't able to do a good job on the quest. Despite that, she still got paid. 

All in all, she lost one health and earned 13 gold.
