I don't think this is the best way to go about making a good impression on a dragon. 

Tsavani was able to avoid poison gas in the entry room, swiped some of the dragon's worshippers' tributes, stole a bit of gold that happened to tumble out of the dragon's hoard, and killed one of the dragon's lizardfolk servants. 

Yep. Doubt Tsavani is going to get a warm welcome here. Or... well... she might get something warm, just not a welcome.
