Thankfully, the main stat for this fight is dexterity. With her bonus, Tsavani never came close to worrying about being entangled. I rolled well for attack, but not so great in damage. She was able to stun the plant the first two rounds - with the help of death touch once - but not the third. 

So she lost a point in health and earned 3 gold from the fight. How a plant has gold...
