I like the look of this new city, but I've always been a sucker for floating islands. 

Anyhow, it looks like Tsavani will be entering the race because the trophy is made from the gate shard she needs. However, before that, she takes a rest at the inn and visits the blacksmith for some sharpening bonuses. She also sold the spyglass she found for 3 gold, which evens out the inn bill. All in all, she spent about 60 gold to increase her damage.
