Apparently, this fellow is an ice demon of some sort, and you know what we do with demons? We roll an extra wisdom check to see if they are auto-banished by the staff. My first roll was a strong one, and Tsavani was able to auto-banish it without even getting into the scrap. 

Of course, she lost a point of health for it and earned one extra point to use anywhere. Those points are kinda nice to have in a pinch.
