Tsavani already has a ring, shield and boots, but reading the rules for magical items for this game, it says that she can only wear one of any type at one time - not that she can't have more than one treasure of the same type at once. It even says you can switch between magic items when taking a rest. 

So, she chose the boots this time around. Always good to have another pair as backup!
