I haven't hired that many followers so far because most of them didn't seem like they'd be super helpful. In this example, Tsavani already has both Athlete and Danger Sense. 

However, I could certainly see who Shield and Arcane Adept (especially since she's weaker with magic stuff) could be handy. We're getting towards the end of this adventure, so I'm going to hire the both of them.
