The planet-eater approaches and decides to eat the planet’s moon instead. So, the fleet takes the opportunity to try to do some damage while it’s preoccupied. The Karniack was able to get in three shots, though the ship did take 2 damage from the whole bout.
It was enough to shake the creature off of munching the moon and save the satellite. But now, the creature is coming for the planet!
