First of all, here Zarylla is with +15 virtue, and she’s not given an option to NOT lie to the system to avoid a warp fare. Anyhow!
I went with the first option because her WIS bonus is +4 and she also has Engineering bonus of +2 thanks to a hired crewmate. I had a good roll and the bonus really put it over the top. She was able to emulate the signal of a paid ship completely and they got through the warp without a fee.
