So Zarylla finally hears back from the council (though they give a similar answer to before). They can’t be of any help to her, mostly because two key members in their decision making process are out of town.
One is dealing with a “terrorist” group called PETP (People for the Ethical Treatment of Planets) who have taken control of a terraforming drill. The council requests the crew’s help with taking out the group (though I wonder if they really are terrorists) and getting control over the drill back. If they do that, then the council will be able to expedite the answer to Zarylla’s request
This sounds a little fishy, and Zarylla negotiated for some reward before accepting the job. She was able to quibble for 4 credits, which is better than nothing, I guess. But it looks like we’re heading off to deal with some terrorists.
