Today was the day Tak chooses to redeem himself (I just had really good rolls for once). He was able to take a group of soldiers and lead them successfully as they worked to clear out the invasive roots.
I went ahead and had them explore all of the areas in the map (even the optional ones) due to the group bonus. Tak came out of this job with 4 amber and a Warding Ointment. He also noticed some scratching from under the floor in the bottom-most chamber. Not worrying at all, I’m sure.
