Down in the tunnel, Cora attempts to eavesdrop on the bug conversation.
She’s successful, and hears that whatever they have planned, it is successful (sounds like they left something?), that King Wraithex will be happy about it, and that the tree will soon be dead.
Since that’s as much as she was likely to glean from the conversation, Cora then attacks. Today’s battle goes well and she’s able to take down both of the insects without trouble. She also earns 4 amber from the fight.
