Before Cora gets to the town proper, she sees an exchange between a guard and a merchant.
Sneaking in, she hears the whole conversation. There’s a ban on trade goods from insects due to what’s happened in Crownspire. The merchant argues that bees aren’t the same as insects. The guard doesn’t agree, and the name “Blight Deathclaw” is tossed around as someone protecting this town from the insects.
It appears the merchant’s goods are going to be confiscated and Blight is going to be made known about the merchant’s actions.
