With the snake defeated, Cora can take a rest and earns the White Sands of Stability.
This helped to clarify what was meant by a “guardian” in this world. Up until now, I thought a Guardian was like a protector of the element/world. But it turns out this was a guardian of a specific item (White Sands in this case). It was a little confusing why someone protecting the world would fight against someone who was trying to save it… but if they were just set as guards over a specific item, that makes a little more sense to me.
Since Cora has a virtue of 3, she’s able to take the sands without any trouble. In fact, she feels quite peaceful.
