Cora has to pass through a trapped hallway.
Because I mis-read the instructions, and missed the part where stones would be adjacent to each other, I messed up this entire puzzle. I initially chose to have Cora jump from the stones that spelled out “life” because the word was translated on the previous page.
Overall, I’m just ignoring this puzzle. Otherwise, Cora would probably die here because of my reading misshap. I don’t feel like rolling a DEX check on every single one of these stones, even if Cora has a high DEX bonus. That’s simply way too punishing.
However, to be fair with the fact I did mess up, I rolled ONE 3D6, and Cora took 13 damage from that. So, yeah, she would have certainly died should I follow the rules of the puzzle.
