Cora takes a rest, then goes to visit her mother to see how she is doing.
The nurses tell you that they’ve applied every bit of knowledge to healing the queen as they can, but she is still non-responsive. They’re going to continue to tend the queen, but there’s not much more they can really do but hope for her recovery.
Captain Flint then arrives, and laments her failure to the queen and country. She doesn’t remember what happened during the attack, however, as she must have taken a hard knock during the invasion.
She must be a little loopy right now because she praised Cora’s prowess and tells her that she can have a spot on the Royal Guard. Again… Cora is the princess and… well, never mind. Captain Flint just isn’t feeling well right now.
