A giant spider drops down to attack Cora and the Village Squad!
My rolls were on point today, though I did toss on Cora’s Wall of Knives for extra defense bonuses in an effort not to take damage or lose any of the Village Squad. It took Cora 3 rounds due to high damage rolls – why don’t I do this on normal fights? – and with her defense buff, she was able to defeat the spider without loss of Village Squad life!
They did help her on one round to prevent becoming entangled in the webs. So, props to the Village Squad!
