Cora has to solve a strange puzzle to summon the guardian.
And I really mean a strange puzzle, which deals with counting colored crystals on the previous page and knocking on the trees in a specific order. The “hints” given basically explained how to do this puzzle (because otherwise, I’m not sure I would have known what they were getting at), and even gives you the answer to the first tree as an example.
I admit that trying to count all the tiny crystals on the page before was not an appealing use of my time on a busy day, so I just skipped this. Sorry!
