The Captain points Cora to the job board, noting that they are overflowing with work, and any odd jobs that can be done will allow them to spend more energy on beefing up security.
Cora does wonder if this is a farce, but takes on the jobs – most of which she probably has no business doing. Thankfully, due to the bonus she earned yesterday she does a bang-up job of becoming a water quality analyst, a hydrologist to analyze water flow, and serving on the reservoir cleanup crew. Her work on the maintenance crew was middling, but still decent.
All in all, she earns 11 amber and 1 health potion for her efforts. But she’s more than done analyzing water samples with the battle that’ looming on he horizon!
