I usually don’t put much effort into the Wondrous Tails journal because, to me, it just seems like an incentive to run a bunch of dungeons with very RNG rewards. Due to that, I’ve let a lot of them expire and have honestly only gotten 9 stickers on one before this… but not in a line. And, of course, I got chided for not having a line. Oops.
Anyhow, tonight, some of the Posse were working on duties to put stickers in their books, so I helped out and ended up scoring my first ever line! It’s still not something I’m going to go out of my way to do all the time, but it was nice to get extra tomes for an additional Umbrite as well as an exchange for a tier V crafter materia.
That’s 1 more line than I’ve ever gotten 😉 I doubt I ever will get one either…..

Don’t worry. I still think the WT is just a cheap way of nudging people to run content they don’t really need to run for no promise of a reward. I’m not much of a fan, but it has other folks in my FC hooked. If they have fun, then who am I to rain on their parade?

This must be something added since the last time I played. 😀

Oh yeah! They’ve added a LOT since you last played. Content just keeps on coming! 😀

While I’ve been catching up on content, the WT books have more or less filled themselves! But now that I’m more or less up-to-date, it might not work the same way!
Still, having turned in probably 10 or so WT books, and having used a fair bit of rerolls, I’ve only ever gotten two single lines. The three-line reward? I guess someone somewhere probably got it…

I can see how it would be pretty easy to fill as you’re catching up on content. That’s a good thing!
I’ve seen pictures of three lines on Reddit, but don’t think anyone I know has gotten it. Zeb got 2 lines once… gave me the Thancred minion! XD
