FFXIV: Dad Jokes on the Frontlines

Almost every major patch, I spend a bunch of time running Frontlines PVP roulette in FFXIV, often on two different characters. While PVP tends to get a bad wrap in the game, and despite me not liking competitive PVP in most games… something about Frontlines just isn’t so bad to me.
In fact, there are times and experiences that you only get in the Frontlines. Such as the day a character called “Dad Jokez” ends up in your team and does not disappoint.
He makes himself known pretty early on.
We very quickly realized what we were in for. And I was absolutely there for it.
Dad jokes were peppered tastefully throughout the entire run.
I actually think it raised morale.
…wait for it…
To make matters even better, in the end, our team won!
Yes, just a short post for the day, but everyone can use a few dad jokes, right?
